Regular and random checking of your inoperable employees during the first two weeks of sick-leave, complete of a presence record etc. In case of breaking the main duty of the emloyee (stay during sick leave in the place which was mentioned as a place of staying during the work inability, adhere time of walk) our company charges 10 per cent from saved refund of wages which will not be payed to this employee by your company.
